Bellemar – Contractor Management Workflow

Bellemar is a project management and operations company specializing in large-scale construction and infrastructure development. Their platform manages multiple user roles, including vendors, employees, contractors, and subcontractors each requiring its own unique flow and permissions structure.

Bellemar approached us to redesign their complex admin and user management flows. The existing system lacked clarity, consistency, and scalability as the number of users and roles expanded. Our team was responsible for mapping and redesigning all user interactions from onboarding to daily task management directly in Figma.

We designed a structured and intuitive experience for admin dashboards, vendor onboarding, employee portals, contractor interactions, and subcontractor task views, all while maintaining consistent UI patterns across the system.

Key Enhancements:

  • Fully mapped user flows for all core roles
  • UX redesign of admin panel and role-specific dashboards
  • Centralized task and communication flows
  • UI design in Figma with reusable components and states
  • Scalable and modular design system to support future roles and permissions

The Outcome:

The new design significantly improved user efficiency and system clarity across all roles. Bellemar’s internal teams were able to implement the new flows faster thanks to clean documentation and a modular Figma system. Admins reported reduced onboarding time, and vendors/contractors found the new interface intuitive and easy to use. The project laid a scalable foundation for future platform growth and feature development.
