Hitch – Mortgage & Loan Experience Redesign Across Multiple Brands

Hitch is a loan and mortgage platform that simplifies complex financial services for customers looking for home loans, refinancing options, and mortgage solutions. It serves multiple sub-brands including NATA, Griffin Funding, and MyEQNOW, each offering experiences under the broader Hitch ecosystem.

We led the complete redesign of the Hitch platform, including the main website and onboarding-to-loan approval flows. In addition, we extended this transformation across the sub-brands (NATA, Griffin Funding, MyEQNOW) to ensure consistency in UX and visual identity.

Our team was responsible for creating a modular design system, wireframing core journeys, and delivering high-fidelity mockups for loan application, eligibility checks, onboarding, user dashboards, and landing pages for each sub-brand.

Key Enhancements:

  • Fully mapped user flows for all core roles
  • UX redesign of admin panel and role-specific dashboards
  • Centralized task and communication flows
  • UI design in Figma with reusable components and states
  • Scalable and modular design system to support future roles and permissions

The Outcome:

The new design significantly improved user efficiency and system clarity across all roles. Bellemar’s internal teams were able to implement the new flows faster thanks to clean documentation and a modular Figma system. Admins reported reduced onboarding time, and vendors/contractors found the new interface intuitive and easy to use. The project laid a scalable foundation for future platform growth and feature development.
