TLC PR – Full Website Experience Makeover

TLC’s website lacked an engaging and user-focused experience. They provided information and allowed bookings, but the experience wasn’t engaging, and the site lacked modern aesthetics. Visitors often found the site hard to navigate, especially on mobile devices, and the brand didn’t stand out visually.

Our mission was to refresh the entire user experience while keeping the core structure intact. We started with mapping out the user journey  from arriving on the homepage to completing a reservation. We removed unnecessary steps, improved the navigation bar, and introduced more intuitive design patterns.

The UI was rebuilt with a fresh design system, including modern fonts, calming color schemes, and high-quality visuals to better reflect the relaxing and premium experience TLC offers. Every element was redesigned to create a more inviting and user-friendly interface from homepage banners to service listings and gallery views.

We also introduced subtle micro-interactions to make the experience feel more dynamic, such as hover effects, button feedback, and smooth scrolling transitions. The final result is a website that feels professional, easy to use, and truly reflects the TLC brand.

Key Enhancements:

  • Simplified and modernized the user interface
  • Redesigned layout for better content flow
  • Created a consistent and soothing visual identity
  • Improved mobile usability with responsive layouts
  • Optimized booking flow for faster reservations
  • Added engaging micro-interactions for better user engagement
  • Clearer call-to-actions and better accessibility features

The Outcome:

The new design significantly improved how guests interacted with the website. Users were able to navigate and complete bookings with more ease, especially on mobile devices. The bounce rate dropped considerably as users spent more time browsing rooms and services. Conversion rates also improved thanks to the simplified structure and clear call-to-actions. TLC reported a higher level of user satisfaction, improved customer retention, and stronger brand credibility across digital touchpoints.
