What is Parwaaz Card?
Firstly Parwaaz is a government digital portal developed by the Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) . This program is specifically designed to facilitate global mobility by providing interest-free loans of up to Rs. 300,000 to cover overseas employment expenses such as visa fees and travel costs. By digitizing the entire process from skill verification to loan disbursement the portal ensures transparency, eliminates middleman exploitation, and the journey for Punjab’s youth to secure high-paying international opportunities.
